Valencian property law scandal

The following is a short test designed to indicate whether you have a potential claim or not. At the end of the test, your results will be displayed. If you have a potential claim, you will be taken to a new screen where you will be asked to input some personal details which we will use to contact you.

1. Do you own a property within the Valencian Region of Spain?	Yes	No
2. Have you:
a. Received notification of an approved or proposed development application that will affect your property?	Yes	No
b. Received any notification demanding payment of infrastructure costs and/or transfer of part of your property to the Town Hall or a Developer without compensation?	Yes	No
c. Received any notification from any court with regards to your property being subjected to the above?	Yes	No
d. Been informed in any way that your property could be affected by any plans or developments?	Yes	No
3. Has your property been the subject of any physical intrusion or, for instance, other physical interference (e.g. blocking your access)?	Yes	No
4. Did this event occur in the last 5 months? *	Yes	No
* We must allow one month to lodge the claim in the ECHR. As such, only claims where an event has occurred within the last 5 months can be considered.
